About Us
Edwards Fine Foods was founded 50 years ago as a local bake shop, specializing in both retail and foodservice sales. Our dedication to excellence has stood the test of time over these years, and today we offer an impressive array of desserts in both foodservice and retail establishments.
Through four plant operations, Edwards produces a broad yet distinctive line of fully prepared frozen desserts for sale in various distribution channels, including nationally and regionally based:
- Quick service, family style and casual dining restaurant chains
- Foodservice distributors, who then sell to independent restaurants and other foodservice operators
- National and regional retail supermarkets, marketing both Edwards-branded products and products prepared for use in the in-store bakery sections of supermarkets
