Edwards Fine Foods is pleased to offer a comprehensive benefits package. The following benefits are included in the basic package.

Health Insurance
Comprehensive and cost-effective group health insurance.

Dental Insurance
Dental insurance at no additional cost for employees enrolled in the health insurance plan.

Life Insurance
Company paid life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance plans for employees enrolled in the health insurance plan. Life insurance is also available for covered dependents.

Retirement Savings Plan
A generous 401(k) plan that matches on a pre tax basis 100% of each dollar of the employee’s contribution up to 5% of pay. Company contributions are fully vested immediately.

Sick Time & Disability Pay
Short-term disability plans are available to all employees. Long term disability is available for select positions.

Vacation for eligible employees.

Holidays
Ten paid holidays.

Employee Assistance Program
24 hours per day access to the Employee Assistance Program.

Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition and related expenses for career-related courses at an accredited college or university are reimburseable to a maximum of $2,500 per year.

Scholarships
Children of employees are offered an opportunity to receive a four-year $10,000 scholarship for post secondary school education.
