Welcome to Edwards Fine Foods, America’s finest dessert company! We take great pride in serving premium desserts to consumers everywhere — whether they are enjoying a dessert at their favorite restaurant, or at home after dinner. We invite you to browse through our Web site and learn more about our company. We started over 50 years ago as a small pie shop and have grown to an international supplier of frozen desserts. We are a company founded on the simple principle that great products, great people and a singular focus on desserts will bring success. To that end, we have achieved our mission.
Today we market our products across many outlets, including quick service restaurants, family-style dining establishments, casual dining restaurants, all major foodservice distributors in the U.S., the in-store bakery segment and, of course, the finest ready-to-eat frozen desserts available in your grocer’s freezer case. Along with our wide distribution comes a broad range of products to satisfy even the most discriminating dessert lover. We proudly manufacture a great assortment of desserts including old-fashioned, homestyle pies, premium gourmet pies, fruit cobblers, decadent cheesecakes, exquisite layer and mousse cakes, melt-in-your mouth brownies, and super indulgent specialty desserts such as Tiramisu. And we have not forgotten about convenience. Most of our products are fully prepared and pre-portioned for ease and accuracy. Our retail products are available in a convenient pack containing two slices of dessert to put the exclamation point on a perfect meal at home.
To serve our customers’ needs, we operate four production facilities from coast-to-coast, each with unique capabilities to match the ever-changing landscape in the dessert category. Our innovative packaging for both single serve and whole pies is unique and unmatched in the industry. Additionally, our unique approach to marketing allows our customers to win in the marketplace by helping them manage the dessert category. We customize products, develop cobranded desserts using the most recognized brands available, perform extensive market research and provide full promotional programs to ensure the success of the dessert.
